A new afterschool program (called igsZkids) has been launched and is set to go into operation in January 2011.

Our vision at IGS is to become the pre-eminent school fostering future leaders able to contribute to global society and our Afternoon Preschool program will form the first stage of this development.

The IGS Afternoon Preschool program will implement Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences in a multi-aged (3-5 years old) class for gifted children. A teacher qualified in early childhood education and familiar with Multiple Intelligences will conduct the classes that aim to nurture in children creativity and concentration skills. English will spoken in the classes, English language and phonics, dance, math and Japanese culture will be taught.

 

Class times:  Mon.: 3.30-5.30 pm / Wed.: 1.30-3.30 pm / Sat.: 10.00 am-12.00 noon
