At Hello Kids we teach children how to stand on their own two feet. Using children’s natural curiosity combined with positive reinforcement, children’s confidence overflows. Teachers focus on basic living skills necessary in life. In addition we believe in teaching children at their own pace, with enjoyment and fun at the core of everyday.
Environment: A new safe environment in a relaxed atmosphere encourages learning. We encourage children to get involved with others and become active members in the group.
Emotion Development: Fostering an independent and loving heart maintained with self-control are developed by inspiring pride and self confidence. These skills will help your child through their entire life.
Positive Feedback: Through trail and retrial children learn success. We encourage children to develop and observe their surroundings. We do this to enabling children to ask questions, become problem solvers and empower each student to develop their own personality.
Movement: At a young age children are very active. We harness this energy to developed the entire child. Students work on fine motor skills as well as macro skills in nearly every lesson. Development of physical skills improves the entire person.
Our goal is to help children become independent,
self-confident, impulsive learners.
We want each student to learn at their own pace.
We make adjustments for each student to provide a learning environment
that best suits their individual needs.
We believe that this is what makes us different. We hope to make a lifelong
difference in our students.
Our curriculum identifies goals in the following areas;
Social: To help children feel comfortable in school, trust new environment, make friends, and feel they are a part of the group.
Emotional
To help children experience pride and self-confidence, develop independence and control, and have a positive attitude toward life.
Cognitive: To help children become confident learners by letting them try out their own ideas and experience success, and by helping them acquire learning skills such as ability to solve problems, ask questions, and use words to describe their ideas, observations, and feelings.
Physical: To help children increase their large and small muscle skills and feel confident about what their bodies can do.
The activity we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select toys and materials, plan the daily schedule, and talk with children, are all designed to accomplish the goals of our curriculum and give your child a successful start at school.
