The Great Cake Mystery: Precious Ramotswe’s Very First Case: A Number 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency Book for Young Readers by Alexander McCall Smith
This book caught my eye because I love ‘The No.1 Ladies’ Detective Agency’ set in Botswana. This one will probably appeal to the girls more. It is not a taxing read. Think a step up from Sharmat’s Nate the Great and along the lines of Park’s Junie BB Jones).
