At English Express various English courses including Pre-school, Kindergarten and Afterschool are offered. Some of the subjects taught in Pre-School and Kindergarten are phonics, reading, writing, spelling and mathematics. Children are fully immersed in English as all teachers are Native English speakers and only English is spoken in the classroom. At English Express, the curriculum is constructed according to the English level of the class. Children are expected to learn things that are normally taught in Pre-School and Kindergartens in the US, probably more.
As a basic guide, refer to the recommended courses below:
Baby Class For children aged from 8 months until 2 years old. The class is focused on English Pronunciation, which will be a good start for your child’s English education; PreSchool For children aged from 2 until 5 years old. There are two courses available, 3 days or 5 days a week; Kindergarten For children aged from 3 to 6 years old, it is a 5 day a week course;
Pre-AfterSchool for beginner aged from 3 to 8 years old. There are three courses available, 1, 2, or 3 days a week;
AfterSchoo lFor children aged from 5 to 10 years old. There are three courses available, 1, 2, or 3 days ab week. AfterSchool (Advanced) For children aged from 7 to 12 years old. There are two courses available, 1 or 2 days a week”

Isn’t 8 months a little too early for sending children to school?
The information above is incorrect I think. Classes for babies are only offered from 1 and half years old.
The info on baby classes is posted at the school website at this page: http://www.english-express.jp/Programs.html so unless your information is more up-to-date than their website, I would suppose that they offer “baby classes” as posted.
