The school’s goal is to imbue in its students global attitudes and to build 21st century forward-looking kids who possess global communication skills.
Whereas the average kind of English teaching that takes place in the nation offers typically 1 hour lessons per week, this is clearly insufficient given the dismal state of English of Japanese students. Morimo therefore wishes to remedy this deficiency.
As such, the school offers far more intensive English language instruction than is usually found in Japan — with the goal of developing students who are able to listen to, respond in English, and seek out information in English and who have a broader grasp of the language in a cultural everyday context. During the daily classes, computers are often used.
Its program includes 1 hour courses for 1-2 year olds on Wednesday, to nursery courses for 2-3 year olds – 2/3/4 times a week courses held between 10:40 am -12:10 am. or from 10:40-2:40 pm….expanding to 3:00-5:00 pm 2 or 3 times per week and Sat 1:00-2:30 pm for the kindergarten set. Afterschool
