Parks in the Miura area

KURIHAMA FLOWER WORLD
This is a popular and vast park, with the main kid attraction being an amazing wooden and rope playground and a long roller slide, as well as the famous Godzilla slide. There is a trolley train that runs from one end of the park to the other. I would recommend waiting for the Cosmo tourist wheeled train (about 100 yen and 3x an hour) unless you want a steep long hike to the playground at the top of the hill. You can buy ice cream/snacks at the playground during weekends/summer.
Directions: Take the YokoYoko to the end (Sahara exit?). At the T junction after the Yokoyoko toll booth, turn left. At the 2nd stoplight, turn right. Follow this road into Kurihama. You will pass the 134 where there is a 7-11/7i on the left. After the 134, go 4 more stoplights. and turn right (if you miss this stoplight you will see a big sports facility immediately on your left). At the end of this road is the parking for Kurihama Flower World

SOLEIL-NO-OKA (Nagai Uminote Park)
Lots of activities for kids- bumper cars, archery, omoshiroi bicycles, grass
slide, paddleboats and canoes, arts and crafts, etc.
Directions:
South on the 134 past Zushi and Hayama. After the 26 joins the 134, you will pass the Army Self Defense Forces area on the right and then turn right at the second stoplight after the 134/26 junction. Continue 1 km and turn left at the stoplight after the ENEOS. You pass a school and continue through farmland about 1 km to Soleil-no-oka. There is a charge for parking but no charge for the park (although you will pay for the activities.)
