“Our school was opened in December 2007, we feel that there is a lack of credible international schools in the Chiba/Tokyo area, our school was opened to help parents who would like their children to be in a caring and fun environment where they are able to learn, play and develop not only their skills in English but in all aspects of their lives. Our students are grouped based on their English ability, rather than their age, enabling them to learn at their own pace. We cater to Japanese and Foreign students aged from 1.5 years and up. We have also recently begun a sister school relationship with a preschool in Sydney , Australia . We feel having an overseas school to communicate with will help our students to understand and develop their interests in different countries and cultures.” — Mitchell Armstrong

The school has a preschool program but is now accepting students for primary classes. Phonics is offered in its preschool program.
